The structure offers its guests seven apartments and a studio.
All apartments, independent and recently renovated, are carved out from the old original structure.
Five apartments are located on the ground floor and have a width of 40 square meters. They are composed of one double bedroom, one bathroom and living area with full kitchen and sofa bed, views of the garden on both sides of the apartment and possibility for outdoor dining and relaxing area.

One of apartments located on the ground floor is a small two-room apartments and have a width of 30 square meters. They are composed of one double bedroom, one bathroom and living area with full kitchen, views of the garden on both sides of the apartment and possibility for outdoor dining and relaxing area.
The doubleroom apartment on the first floor has a width of 40 square meters and has an exclusive private terrace of 16 mc. It is also composed of double bedroom, bathroom and living area with full kitchen and sofa bed.
The studio apartment on the first floor has a size of approximately 20 mc. It is equipped with a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, double bed. The spacious garden below has an equipped area for outdoor dining.
Two of the doubleroom apartments on the ground floor are accessible to the disabled.
