In case different policies are applied they will be notified into the reservation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payments<\/strong><br \/>\nAt the time of booking you will need to pay 30% of the total holiday amount to be sent by one of the following methods:<\/p>\n<p>Bank transfer<br \/>\nBeneficiary: Riva Immobiliare s.r.l.<br \/>\nBank: Unicredit<br \/>\nIBAN: IT31 F 02008 70641 000401174233<br \/>\nSWIFT\/BIC code: UNCRITM1G49<br \/>\nCredit Card<br \/>\nDirectly through our website and \/ or the PayPal system or by giving the Direction the credit card number to which you will be charged.<\/p>\n<p>The balance must be made at check-in. It can be done in cash, by bank card or credit card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taxes<\/strong><br \/>\nPrices are inclusive of VAT.<br \/>\nTourist tax is not included. In the City Campiglia Marittima is determined at a 1,50 euro \/ night for each person older than 12 years.<br \/>\nThe tourist tax is to be paid in cash.<\/p>\n<p>Check-in and check-out<br \/>\nArrival day 4 pm &#8211; 8 pm<br \/>\nDeparture day no later than 10 am<br \/>\nFor arrivals after 8 pm contact the property.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible that check-in will be in self check-in mode.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, this mode is always available upon guests&#8217; request, for example in the evening or at night.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Price includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bed linen and towels (weekly change),<\/li>\n<li>Electricity, water and gas consumption,<\/li>\n<li>Air conditioning\/ Heating<\/li>\n<li>Indoor parking space,<\/li>\n<li>Use of the swimming pool and solarium of the residence with umbrellas and sun loungers (please check the opening),<\/li>\n<li>Barbecue use (excluding charcoal or wood),<\/li>\n<li>Use of the dog area and all areas of the structure,<\/li>\n<li>Wi-fi internet in apartment and garden (a family link).
