Balance
Balance will be paid at the arrival with submission of ID card and payment of the deposit.

In case of cancellation on the part of the Customer, the following modalities will apply
a) with cancellation within 30 days, total reimbursement;
b) within 15 days, 50% reimbursement;
c) within 7 days, 20% reimbursement;
d) later, no reimbursement.
There will be no reimbursement for who, after arrival, anticipates the date of departure.
