Five two-room apartments at the ground floor which can be easily reached through a private driveway by car so to carry the luggage inside. As you enter, you will see the cozy living area, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a large wooden table, satellite TV and cooking corner, perfectly equipped for any need. Through a small in-between passage you will have access both to a large bathroom and to a comfortable bedroom. From here, through the rear garden door you can enjoy the afternoon shade or the evening breeze.
Two of the apartments are equipped for disabled people.
At the first floor of the farmhouse we have realized an elegant two-room apartment, with access from the bedroom to a terrace where you can enjoy the midday sun and the coast landscape. On particularly clear days it is possible to catch sight of the Elba Island and to distinctly see the profile of Corsica.

Dogs and cats are well accepted if kept on leash, but not allowed to the swimming-pool area.
Possibility to rent beach umbrellas at Bagno Baratti (9 km), Bagno Nino in Torre Mozza (12 km) and Dog Beach in Rimigliano (10 km).
