Booking policy
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay or agreed price may be required, via bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation policy:
With cancellation within 5 days prior to the day of arrival, no penalty will be applied and any deposit paid will be kept for a future booking.
Deferred Arrivals or Early Departures do not generate refunds or reductions on the agreed price.
Confirmation and cancellation policy might be different in case of special offers. In case different policies are applied they will be notified into the reservation.

At the time of booking you will need to pay 30% of the total holiday amount to be sent by one of the following methods:

Directly through our website and / or the PayPal system or by giving the Direction the credit card number to which you will be charged.
The balance must be made at check-in. It can be done in cash, by bank card or credit card.
Taxes
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Tourist tax is not included. In the City Campiglia Marittima is determined at a 1,50 euro / night for each person older than 12 years.
The tourist tax is to be paid in cash.
Check-in and check-out
Arrival day 4 pm – 8 pm
Departure day no later than 10 am
For arrivals after 8 pm contact the property.
It is possible that check-in will be in self check-in mode.
In any case, this mode is always available upon guests’ request, for example in the evening or at night.
Price includes:
- Bed linen and towels (weekly change)
- Final cleaning of the apartment,
- Electricity, water and gas consumption,
- Air conditioning/ Heating
- Indoor parking space,
- Use of the swimming pool and solarium of the residence with umbrellas and sun loungers (please check the opening),
- Barbecue use (excluding charcoal or wood),
- Use of the dog area and all areas of the structure,
- Wi-fi internet in apartment and garden (a family link). We do not respond to any malfunctions or failures.

Camping cot for children: 25 € / week – 5 € / night
Extraordinary cleaning: 25 €

Long stay: € 35 / week
Each animal added: € 15 / week
Short stay: € 8 / day
For stays of more than 21 nights, the electricity supply costs will be charged to the guest (0.50 euro/kWh).
